Job Title Automotive Resourcer
This role will require working within TAC Europe's head office in Basingstoke. You will source for highly qualified and experienced Contract staff such as Design and Development Engineers for various automotive OEM's, identify sales leads for our consultants from various sources (principally CVs and the media). You will aspire to meet the demands of your clients, contractors and candidates alike, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, with a progression into account management and new business development.
Duties and Responsibilities
•Source, identify and present suitable applicants to satisfy specific requirements
•Identify new business opportunities from CVs. Media and the internet and make initial sales calls
•Verify contractor/candidate experience/qualifications and eligibility before submitting to clients
•Complete and submit relevant administrative correspondence for payroll purposes i.e. new starter forms, billing forms, change forms and terminations forms
•Become a proficient user of the internal database, updating with client, vacancy and candidate information
•Ensure all positions are advertised in accordance with TAC Europe advertising guidelines
•Assist and respond to contractor queries that are raised in a timely and courteous manner
•Ensure that hard and soft copy contractor/candidate files are kept up to date for audit purposes
•Maintain a high level of service by adhering to internal recruitment processes
•Any other duties as and when required

Job Requirements

Essential

•Experience of direct sales or telesales
•Excellent telephone manner with strong communication skills (excellent written and spoken English)
•Strong organisation and administrative abilities
•Possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite package
