Our client, a firm of chartered quantity surveyors seeks an Associate Quantity Surveyor for a range of sports and leisure projects to join them in central London
Our client is an international firm of chartered quantity surveyors. They now have a role for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join them in Central London to work on a range of sports, leisure and stadia projects. You will be required to attend meetings with clients at very early stages of projects, pitch for new business, carry out high level feasibility studies on £100m to £300m + projects and manage a small team. You will also act as supervisor for graduates working towards APC. Ideally you will have worked for another PQS but someone with the right experience from a developer or main contractor may also be considered. Ideally you will have a Degree in Quantity Surveying or another built environment subject and be MRICS or similarly qualified. Any previous experience of sport and stadia projects would be preferred but someone with experience of high value commercial projects will be considered. Some occasional overseas travel will be required.
