Description
Our client seeks an Associate Director Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner to join their City office.
Our client is a firm of over 100 people providing contract advisory, claims, dispute resolution and related services to a range of projects in the building construction, civil engineering and related industries. They have a new office in London and now seek an Associate Director or Director Delay Analyst / Forensic Planner who is likely to be working at that level currently. You will need to have a significant interest in claims with good planning and delay analysis experience and it is likely that you originally come from a planning engineering, project management or engineering background and you will have experience of adjudication and arbitration. Any experience of the Expert Witness role would be preferred. You will also need to show experience in the use of P3, P3e, Suretrak and Asta software and be able to carry out critical path analysis. The ideal candidate will be able to liaise with clients, do some business development including winning new work, manage staff and have some UK contacts. Ideally you will have qualifications in construction and a legal based qualification too.
