An exciting senior level opportunity has arisen for the position of Associate Director for a leading environmental and engineering consultancy who offer services into the water, waste, energy, and construction industries.

The role is ideally suited to someone who wants to make a difference and further their career in the construction industry. This is an opportunity to pass on knowledge and experience to others and achieve further business development for this rapidly growing company.

In this role you will be expected to develop business and ensure profitability and repeat business through high quality business provision. You will also be project managing engineering and environmental design services to contractors and other major projects.

Responsibilities:
-You will need to demonstrate experience of working in multi-company, multi-disciplinary development teams.
-Technical competence and Application of Management Information Systems and project management techniques to measure performance and derive action plans.
-Understanding of the interaction between the various engineering and environmental disciplines in a construction phase; Identification of risks and management there of.
-Be commercially and contractually aware; be able to challenge established practices and enjoy working in a fast moving contractor led environment.

Requirements:
-Civil, Structural Engineering, or similar Degree.
-Solid consultancy experience in the construction industry.
-Proven track record in developing business.
-Well organised; Teamworker; Customer Focused; Confident; Communicator; Self Motivated.

Salary:- Very competitive basic salary. Negotiable and dependant on experience.
