As one of the largest rail engineering contractors in the UK this company offer a full multi disciplinary service from design to implementation. They are experts in civil engineering including permanent way, signalling, overhead power supply and much more right across the country.
They are looking to employ an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join the office in the heart of Manchester City Centre. You will be joining an experienced team where you will be working closely with a Quantity Surveyor who will act as your mentor. Full and ongoing training is provided as they develop your career to Quantity Surveyor level and beyond.
We are interested in candidates with a proven quantity surveying background with a minimum of one years experience. Rail experience is not necessary but a background in some form of civils is desirable.
You will be experienced in meeting deadlines, working under pressure, being a team player and maintaining excellent client relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK Top 10 Main Contractor where you will receive first class development and training and also have the option to move within the wider group if you should choose.
