My client is one of the world class employee-owned management, engineering and development consultancy. They have over 100 offices world wide and engage with every sector of the of the capital projects construction industry.

the role of assistant Cost Consultant and/or Assistant Employers Agent for the delivery of major and minor projects to meet defined customer objectives adopting a variety of procurement types for new build and remodelling/refurbishment.

To assist the Senior Surveyor or other defined line manager in the running of a cost consultancy team and subsequent achievement of project and business goals.
Candidate specification
Technical awareness and able to work with some support and to solve problems
Good communications and team working
Proactive and self motivated
Effective time management efficient and adding value to projects
Customer focus engage in building sound relationships with the customer project team

Essential
Degree
UK driving licence - willing to travel to sites spanning from Reading to Watford.

Desirable
QS Degree / RICS
Previous QS work experience gained civil or utilities or process sectors
Based in Reading
