Description
Assist the Senior Planner with a variety of planning roles including liaison with the Pre & Post Contract teams to produce prequalification documents, assessment of site preliminaries, present tender plans and programmes at adjudication meeting, Attend pre-qualification interviews and presentations, Production of tender plans, programmes and method statements, to support the project teams

Company: Main Contractor with schemes to £25m working within Commercial, Education, Retail and Residential sectors across the South West, South and Central regions.
Role: Assist the Senior Planner with a variety of planning roles including liaison with the Pre & Post Contract teams to produce prequalification documents, assessment of site preliminaries, present tender plans and programmes at adjudication meeting, Attend pre-qualification interviews and presentations, Production of tender plans, programmes and method statements, to support the project teams with contract planning and provide accurate data, resolve programme issues and prepare claim substantiation programmes as necessary, liaise upon services, temporary works etc
The role will present key challenges and provides a service that is fundamental to the delivery of the projects.
Requirements: Ideally you should have previous site based experience, be conversant with common planning packages and possess good communication skills. You must be able to demonstrate experience of working on £5m+ schemes within the building environment with a Main Contractor, knowledge of JCT forms of contract would be beneficial. This role would suit someone with Site Management experience and looking for an opportunity to move into a planning role.
