Description
A senior position within a forward thinking proactive international company
Responsibility and ownership of the Asset through its lifecycle (Asset management
process)
Accountable for the initiation of exploration development process
Accountable for the review, selection and approval of concept / design incl.
expenditures for development projects
Accountable for the approval of concept / design incl. expenditures for
abandonment projects
Maximises Asset value over its lifecycle at optimised cost (incl. production
optimisation)
Accountable for the definition of maintenance demands and activities (workover
and intervention plans) for wells incl. budgets
Accountable for the prioritisation of optimisation activities for facilities and
alignment of maintenance activity plans with Assets
Accountable for Assets P&L / financial targets (Asset as a profit centre)
Defines targets, manages and monitors KPI's
Provides top level support to Field Managers
Communicates corporate strategy / standards to the Fields (e.g. economic criteria,
HSE regulations etc.)
Approves annual Asset production plan (delivered and executed by Fields)
Approves monthly Field Cluster schedules
Responsible for 2p/3p reserves development
Responsible for the synchronisation of Functions and Asset (e.g. adjust annual plan,
align and revise annual activity plan on Asset level)
Accountable for purchase demand requests of materials / services on Asset level
incl. annual planning and approvals as well as initiation of contract cancellations
Area representative to local authorities
