Asset Management Account Managers (RMMS/UKPMS software)
If you offer knowledge of infrastructure asset management within local government, civil engineering or construction and an understanding of software applications in these fields, such as RMMS and UKPMS, this is a really lovely and varied job opportunity for a great market leading organisation who are looking to grow their account management team.
We are now looking for 2 new people for our client, both based in Bedfordshire.
This is not a sales role but is truly about looking after the existing customers to ensure they are happy with the software solutions and service. Your role will include functional support, product training, some pre-sales and software demos etc. You will be assigned a number of customers and will draw upon other account managers' strengths to give optimum service to the customer. You will need excellent communication skills and a good understanding of large-scale software systems, typically used within local government, civil engineering or construction.
