The business continues to invest heavily in people and product development, and as part of this strategy, they are now looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager.
Area Sales Manager Electronics
Glasgow (To cover the North of England, Scotland and the surrounding areas)
£25,000 - £30,000 Plus £8,000 Bonus, Car, Mobile, Laptop, Pension
As the Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing sales in the North of England and Scotland. Your role will involve working closely with Engineers within businesses, consulting them on how our clients products can increase performance and reduce costs.
This role will involve managing existing relationships with a well established distribution network and motivating them to sell your products. You will also be responsible for winning new business and developing end users accounts across many industry sectors.
To succeed as the Area Sales Manager you must have proven sales experience and a technical qualification, preferably a HNC or degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering. You will also need an outgoing personality and the strength of character to proactively seek out new opportunities.
After an initial induction, you will receive ongoing product and sales training as well as the close supervision of a highly experienced sales manager. As you would expect of a business of this size, the scope for on going progression will be limitless.
