An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of Area Sales Engineer for a leading supplier of automation and electronic components.
Due to expansion in the market and as a leading Industrial Automation & Control Industry Company, this company are currently recruiting for an additional Area Sales Engineer. The right candidate will be required to drive new business in the South East of England.
Responsibilities:-The role will involve selling range of Industrial automation components and systems both direct to OEM's and through established distribution channels.
-There will be full product training and technical support, with a healthy mix of new business development and managing existing quality accounts.
-To maintain the companies reputation as a world leading Industrial automation manufacturer who are synonymous with quality, support and reliability.
-The Area Sales Engineer will operate out of the South East Area. This incorporates Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire and South of river Thames.
-The right candidate will be selling Drives, Automation & Control Gear to OEM's, Users, Consultants and Panel Builders
Requirements:- The right candidate will have an engineering qualification or background in mechanical, automotive, Process and electrical will all be considered.
-Sales experience is required but if you do have the personality, drive and energy to break into sales you will be considered. -Graduates are welcome.
-The company offers a fantastic training program and will help with specific training requirements throughout your career.
-The right candidate must be technically aware, with a dynamic, tenacious and outgoing personality who enjoys autonomy, as the position is Home Based.
Salary:-25-35k dependent on experience.
Benefits:-Achievable on target earnings will be in place. OTE circa 5-10k
