Our client is Britain's leading builder of retirement apartments. They have a turnover around £325 million pounds per year and have regional offices across England and Scotland. This is an exciting opportunity and a good time to join the company as they are looking to expand and develop their portfolio of work. They are looking for an Architectural Technician to join their creative team. This role will involve providing architectural assistance and you will be dealing with a range of creative housing designs as well as the more traditional. Personal development and training are given as well as the opportunity to progress to a senior level. The successful applicant must have some housing experience as well as being able to use Autocad. This is a great opportunity for the right individual and excellent benefits are provided.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Supporting the architectural team
Use of CAD to aid in production of drawings for retirement projects
Liasing with construction staff and consultants
Will be involved in very creative and also some traditional designs

Experience:
AutoCad production of construction drawings
Liaising with a variety of people
Housing or retirement experience

Qualifications:
HND or HNC qualification
Some knowledge of building regulations
