Description

Our client is a leader within its field and specialise in residential developments. They have regional offices across England and Scotland and are an award winning company. This is an exciting opportunity and a good time to join the company as they are looking to expand and develop their portfolio of work. They complete both traditional and futuristic/creative designs and there is a opportunity here to progress to director level . They are looking for an Architect to join their team of staff and you will be involved with the design and planning process for projects through the production of sketch schemes, detailed design and feasibility studies. The successful candidate will be RIBA qualfied and will bring new ideas and creativeity to the team. An excellent package and salary offered with the chance to create new and different.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Working on retirement projects
Dealing with planning applications, submission and securing consents
Producing quality designs aided by the use of Autocad
Meet deadlines
