Working within the Automotive team, as an Applications Engineer you will be involved in the design, development and application of heating and air conditioning systems to a range of motorhomes.

Supplying the automobile industry worldwide, our client is reputable for manufacturing and distributing heating systems, air conditioners and sunroofs. As part of their continuing expansion they are looking to recruit an Applications Engineer to join their UK subsidiary office in Doncaster.
Working within the Automotive team, as an Applications Engineer you will be involved in the design, development and application of heating and air conditioning systems to a range of motorhomes and other vehicles. Our client will provide full training on their products, and this position will involve travel around the UK.
To succeed as the Applications Engineer you will have solid experience in a similar position and experience of working in a technical position within an automotive original equipment (OE) or component supplier.
You will also have a sound educational background supported by technical qualifications, and you will have proven levels of technical competence within the industry.
Highly presentable and articulate, as the Applications Engineer you must be able to communicate at all levels, and you must be computer literate.
Although not essential, CAD skills would be desirable.
