The Role
Initially based in the office, the Applications Engineer will provide technical support, training for the sales engineers and agents and assistance to the Product Manager of the Enclosures team.
After a year, Applications Engineers will be given greater responsibility and will commence visits to customers, providing support to the sales engineers, ensuring customers' requirements are satisfied and maintaining relationships.

The business is keen to recruit those who possess excellent communication skills and a good electrical knowledge. Any background will be considered.

The company will provide a full introduction and will provide a mixture of structured training (a week in Finland) and mentoring from the Product Manager. Further courses will be available over time to ensure full competency in the engineers.
The Product Manager is keen to expand the team and is looking for the new starter to either progress into a Product Manager role or to head up a new team of Applications Engineers.
