Application Support Analysts - banking software (Windows/UNIX): Salary c£20,000-30,000

Do you have 1st class communication skills and good experience of supporting applications on UNIX or Windows platforms? If so, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful and dynamic financial software house in Woking, who, due to business growth, need 5 new Software Support Analysts to provide high quality support services to their clients - predominantly top tier investment banks and brokers.

You will join a very friendly, supportive team and you will be given full training on the software. This role will see you forge ahead in your career, as you will be gaining sought after software skills, be working for a market leader with plenty of scope to progress within this global organisation, whether you want to move into consultancy, pre-sales, team leading etc, the options will be open to you! In return you should have already gained support experience ideally working for a software house or company where you have been supporting in-house or bespoke software applications.

Knowledge of Windows or UNIX is essential and any database knowledge such as Sybase would also be useful. If you speak any foreign (ideally European) languages such as French, German, Italian, Spanish this would also be great as the company have offices Europe-wide and world-wide so you will have a chance to provide support in other languages too!
