Our client a global telecommunications provider require a Anti-Virus Support technician to work as part of their service team, responsible for fixing
aults within the SLA and authoring and implementing scripted changes. Successful applicants must have experience of anti-virus support and administration, as well as having been exposed to Blue Coat Proxy and anti-span technologies Experience of applying patch updates, logging file review and client reporting, identifying root cause analysis and making recommendations for service and process enhancements would be ideal. Preferably candidates should have experience of Mailsweeper, Sophos, CA and E Trust Anti-virus, as well as Smartfilter, ICAP, Websense and Proxy servers. This position is initially on a 3 month contract with an extension likely, based in central London. Any applicants should send their CVs in the first instance.
