My client is a successful global company that specialises in the design, test and manufacture of high end consumer electronic products. Due to a large increase in exciting new projects my client is seeking an Antenna Design Engineer on a permanent basis to work from their UK headquarters.
The Antenna Design Engineer will be responsible for developing new products alongside the other specialist antenna design engineers. Your responsibilities include implementing, testing and optimising antenna designs through to production status. You will be working on the product creation project, responsible for specifying, planning, reporting, designing and testing of the antenna using specialist knowledge in antenna design. You will be responsible for solving complex engineering problems and participate in reviews of own or neighbouring projects.
My client is seeking an Antenna Design Engineer who is educated to degree or similar, in Electronic Engineering (including Antenna Design). Typically 4-6 years relevant experience, fully competent. A good working knowledge of mobile phone antenna design is essential along with having worked from design implementation to volume production using antenna simulation software.
