Analog Design Engineer - Cadence Spectre
Responsible for design and layout of high performance analog and mixed signal ICs for serial communications. Working with multi-disciplinary teams to assist with product specification, evaluation and debug. Candidates must be qualified with a good honours degree
The responsibilities of this role would include:
High speed circuit design
Schematic Entry
Simulation using Cadence Spectre and SpectreRF
Familiarity with high speed Bipolar, BiCMOS and analog CMOS design techniques
Familiarity with HDL and scripting considered a plus
Custom RF Layout
Full custom layout of high speed circuitry to 12Gbs-1
Solid understanding of device physics and physical effects
Parasitic extraction and optimisation
