Description
Our client a leading aerospace and defence company are currently looking for a Aircraft Dynamics and Performance Engineer to take responsibility for e
aluating the performance and flying qualities of aircraft, providing recommendations on airworthiness and fitness for purpose.
Key Accountabilities
Conduct specified performance and flying qualities evaluations (e.g. flight control systems, flight envelope expansion and performance data) including:
Design and execution of technical evaluations (may be desk top or flight trials), including production of trials documentation, such as Trials Instructions, Trials Risk Assessments and Sortie Briefs.
Analysis of performance and flying qualities data, particularly flight trials data.
Production of reports that will include recommendations on airworthiness and fitness for purpose.
