Excellent opportunities now exist for Senior Air Systems Consultants.
You will be assisting with the recent growth of the consultancy business on Air Systems Programmes in the military sector and should have a good understanding across a broad range of technical skills (such as requirements, supportability, safety, reliability & maintainability, integrated test evaluation and acceptance) and project skills (such as through-life management, risk, whole life costing).
You will also be required to support business development activities in the defence aviation market sector so a good knowledge of aviation procurement management processes as applied to defence aerospace projects and experience of working with unmanned air vehicles is essential.
An understanding of future aviation procurement strategies, the Royal Air Force and Military Aircraft procurement, operation and support programmes is advantageous and you should also ideally have at least five years relevant experience of working within the SMART acquisition framework and dealing with the Ministry of Defence and defence contractors.
