Description
Position: Air Conditioning Engineer
Location: SE, 80% 90% in the City/West End
Hours: Mo Fri, 8am 5pm, 40 hrs/week, callouts on a rota basis (1 week out of 10)
Salary: up to £30k - £32k
Our client, a building services company, is currently looking for experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to carry out Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance on commercial sites in SE of the UK. 80% - 90% of the jobs will be in the City and West End.
Suitable candidate will be well presented; will have good understanding of building services in general as well as the air conditioning field.
Qualifications and experience required: City & Guilds in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent, Safe handling of refrigerants Certificate, experience in servicing, trouble shooting and repairing of Split type air conditioners (incl. heat pumps), VRV's and VRF's and water chillers
