We are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Support/ Helpdesk Engineer to work on the Technical Helpdesk for one of the UK's leading providers of Facilities Maintenance. This is a Portsmouth based role paying up to £25,000.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Technical Support/ Helpdesk Engineer to work on the Technical Helpdesk for one of the UK's leading providers of Facilities Maintenance. This is a Portsmouth based role paying up to £25,000.
As a Technical Support/ Helpdesk Engineer you will work on the technical helpdesk providing customers with information with air conditioning systems. Information given will include diagnosing faults then relaying these to field service engineers.
The successful candidate MUST have an engineering background in facilities maintenance/ site service/ hotel service and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
