THE COMPANY
With over 80 years experience in the manufacture of interior and exterior trim products for the automotive industry, this business continues to dominate the market. As a result of a massive up turn in demand the business is well on track to double their turnover by 2012. In order to support this growth there is a need for a polished sales manager to strengthen the senior management team.
THE ROLE
As sales manager you will have full responsibility for the internal and external sales team. You will have full autonomy for the day to day running of the sales business working with the team to help them achieve their objectives. You will also be responsible for the in house key accounts such as Honda, VW and Audi. The business has strong trading histories with these companies therefore your ability to build and maintain the client relationship will be key.
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal Sales Manager will need:
"Experience selling into automotive market
"People management experience
"Be able to work autonomously/ be commutable to Oxford.
