Assist the Instrumentation Engineer to complete the package.
Carry out bench manufacture of electrical harnesses.
Install harnesses and carry out additional point-to-point wiring of ac, dc and instrumentation wiring systems.
Carry out post installation continuity, bonding and insulation integrity tests as specified.
Electrical Technician x 1 required Poss 45 hrs per week
Assist the Instrumentation Engineer to complete the package.
Carry out bench manufacture of electrical harnesses.

Carry out post installation continuity, bonding and insulation integrity tests as specified.
Carry out instrumentation transducer installation where necessary.
Undertake prescribed calibration activities.
Undertake any additional activities.
Required Qualifications:
16th Edition Wiring Regulations
Appropriate apprenticeship in a systems installation based environment, or
Suitable practical experience to enable demonstration of an equivalent level of competence
Required Skills:
Ability to work competently with both aircraft and commercial installation components
Ability to work as part of a team and be proactive
Experience of installing and self-certifying installations using Ex D and Ex E equipment
Desirable Skills:
Familiarity with aircraft electrical systems, including power distribution and indication.
Familiarity with test rigs
Experience of working in a test facility
Experience operating within ATEX Zone 0, 1 and 2 Hazardous Areas
Working at Height certificate
Genie boom experience
Overhead crane
Must be able to complete an MOD Security process
